“TLDR; Don't waste your time. This company apparently doesn't want, and doesn't deserve your money. You are better off with OVHcloud or another competitor who actually tries to provide value. Why? My account verification was rejected by a manual reviewer after 3 days of radio silence, with zero explanation. I provided Hetzner with my payment information, my government issued ID, and a picture of my face. My information is consistent across everything I provided, and is 1000% legitimate. They did not provide an explanation for the rejection. They did not ask for further proof or evidence of my identity. For all I know, they just didn't like the way I look. This reeks of apathy and incompetence, and these are NOT traits you want in an infrastructure provider that you rely on to power your business.”

“I have been hosting my services with Hetzner for 10 years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Thanks to their very competitive server pricing, I can afford hardware redundancy instead of relying on the reliability of a single machine. Any hardware can fail, so by having full redundancy, we simply have support swap it for new parts whenever a failure occurs. Additionally, by using the Hetzner Storage Box service, we enjoy practically unlimited space for our backups.”

“I've been using Hetzner's services for several months now. However, there's one thing that bothers me: Hetzner raises their prices so frequently that they don't even stay the same for three or four months. I've noticed this particularly with their cloud and dedicated servers. The VPS CX53 with 32 GB has increased from €20 to €35 since the beginning of the year. That's a really big jump, which I now consider excessive. Otherwise, I have no complaints about Hetzner. They have incredibly fast support, and the server quality is also top-notch.”
