Terms of Service - AppStore Pakistan Platform Agreement

Welcome to AppStore.com.pk ("AppStore"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Buyer", "Vendor", or "Visitor") and AppStore regarding your use of our software discovery directory, search feeds, and comparison services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website.

AppStore is an independent discovery marketplace, not a software seller, broker, distributor, or agent. We do not sell software licenses, process financial transactions for software, guarantee software functionality, or provide technical implementation.

All commercial contracts, licensing arrangements, payment terms, warranties, and service agreements are executed strictly and directly between you and the respective software company. You are solely responsible for conducting your own independent due diligence, requesting product trials, reviewing company credentials, and determining vendor trustworthiness before entering into any transaction.

3. User Conduct & Account Responsibility

When using AppStore, you agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful registration and contact information.
Keep your authentication credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Not engage in automated data scraping, crawling, or denial-of-service activities without our express written permission.
Not impersonate other businesses, brands, or authorized representatives.

4. Vendor Obligations & Listing Accuracy

Software companies and IT service vendors publishing listings on AppStore agree that:

All product descriptions, pricing figures in PKR, feature checklists, and deployment options must be accurate and up to date.
You hold the legal intellectual property rights, trademarks, or distribution authority for any software listed.
Claimed certifications (PSEB, P@SHA, ISO, FBR IRIS compatibility) must be authentic and verifiable upon request.
AppStore reserves the right to unpublish, flag, or remove listings that violate consumer protection guidelines or contain deceptive claims.

5. User Reviews and Community Integrity

Reviews help Pakistani businesses make informed software decisions. Reviewers must:

Be genuine current or past users of the software product reviewed.
Not submit reviews for products developed by their own company, employers, direct competitors, or affiliated entities.
Not post unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content.

AppStore reserves the right to moderate, verify proof of usage, and reject submissions that do not meet our community standards.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

AppStore provides its directory and platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall AppStore, its founders, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits, data corruption, software downtime, or disputes arising between buyers and listed software companies.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
