“⚠️⚠️This company has the worst customer service and the tech is support is absolutely horrible to practicly nonexistent. It takes a long time for them to respond. I am currently locked out and can not log in. They suggested I reach out to Google for this issue!! They are trying to divert the responsibility, ultimately making the solution more difficult than it needs to be. Sending me other places when they could fix the issue. It's your product, help out with your product that is not working!! I just want to access my W-2 so I can do my taxes! They have wasted a lot of my time unnecessarily.”

“BUYER BEWARE. Their BBB rating is D-. In September 2024, our company purchased Accubid software that automatically renews for $2300 per year that we never used in the first year due to our business line transitioning and not needing the tool. We apparently were signed up for automatic renewal. Trimble did send a reminder email to cancel or a renewal fee of $2300 will be charged. This renewal email was sent along with 6 other marketing emails during a 10 day span and was missed. Then Trimble states they did us a courtesy renewal reminder, while saturating our messages with marketing emails during that time. (Nice tactic). We offered to pay a few months of the renewal, as we want to be accountable and missed cancelling because we never used the tool. We have not logged in to the software since the tutorial in Sept of 2024. Trimble has sent us to collections for the whole yearly amount of $2300 for 2025-2026 payments of a tool we have never used and will never use. We will gladly pay for a few months of $191 per month for 3 months, as our part of accountability. To be forced to pay for another year or be sent to collections of a software tool that we have never used is extreme, predatory and ridiculous on their part. We will agree to paying $575 (191.00 X 3 months to cover Sept. Oct and Nov of 2025).”

“Awful company. I tried logging into my account to cancel my subscription and they require acceptance of their updated terms of service. I declined and now am locked out of my account. No way to cancel my subscription, no responses to repeated request for help in cancelling my subscription. Coercing customers to sign agreements to cancel their subscriptions is fraud.”

“Their support team doesnt like to answer tickets. I continue to have a horrible experience getting questions answered regarding Vista Viewpoint. I wish I could give them negative stars! ITS SO FRUSTRAING TO JUST WANT TO BE HELPED!”

“Valencia Facchini will not leave my company alone. She has called several different employees acting like she knows them personally trying to sell us trimble and tra-ser, even though we already have both and told her we are not interested in any more licenses. She sends a copy and pasted email every week regardless of us telling her that we are not interested. PLEASE stop contacting us.”
