“Autodesk / Autocad is the biggest ripoff in the industry.. you can't even export Revit to Autocad/ dwg.. they are from the same company, truly pathetic .. buy at your risk. Even their online links related to viewers to programs don’t work. Their pricing structure is outrageous, I don't believe any program or suite charges as much per annum. Hopefully a AI clone will put them out of business. Look at Trust Pilot for reviews..”

“I've been a 3ds Max indie customer for years, despite barely using it. Switched to Mac, no Mac version available. They tried to charge me for the full year, and was initially refused a refund until I complained again. Considering I barely opened it, it was a stretch to try to hang onto the cash. The support seems empty and soulless, really not encouraging as a customer. Options like Blender, Houdini and Unreal Engine are going to eat heavily into their market in the near future so I'd take a look at them as alternatives.”

“Such a terrible company. If they spent as much time and money actually improving their products, documentation, and knowledge base as they do re-branding, they might actually create brand loyalty instead of brand hostages. In increasing frequency, I have more and more issues with them renaming/rebranding some feature, then abandoning the old version, leaving users in the lurch. As has been the popular corporate trend, Subscriptions are more about stabilizing their income stream than providing a service. Autodesk is clearly more interested in their stockholders than their customers. Their transparent marketing schemes only serve up bitter blue pills.”

“I rarely leave reviews, especially under our company, BMarko Structures. We are a small team but are able to manage our time very well. Thats where good partners come into play. After getting in the trap of back and forth tech support email chains thru Autodesk’s preferred Customer Service platform, the experience is anything but Customer Service. We have wasted 3x 24hr intervals to do something as simple as get the seats we paid for. Not a single person to talk to via voice- not a meeting I can schedule with anyone from their team. Shows that when there are issue with their perfect software ( for a change, i am not being sarcastic- their software is good), you ll be lucky to get an email back once or twice per day to let you know they re working on your 5 minute long task.”

“The concept is good....but the pricing is bad, the support staff is NO help. They literally told me that they cannot help, I have to get with the contractor that invited me!! What?? They charged my credit card and cannot help me!?!? Use Dropbox instead of this garbage app!”
