“Last Saturday, I booked an online appointment for Thursday, 09July with Prof. Dr. Qurratulain Hyder. I called the clinic helpline twice to confirm - once after booking and again the night before. Both times I was told the doctor was available & both time get same answer yes available & they told that I should arrive 10 minutes before my appointment time. I traveled to the clinic today, Thursday 09July but the reception nurse informed me that Dr. Hyder is still on leave until Monday. I would strongly suggest improving communication between the doctors and the clinic staff & Patient!. Many patients travel from far away, and it’s very disappointing to arrive only to find the doctor isn’t available.”
