“I wish I could give zero star. I am extremely disappointed with your service. I placed an order at 8:00 PM, and your delivery person arrived at 12:30 AM ringing my doorbell. This shows a complete lack of etiquette and professionalism. Delivering four and a half hours late, at midnight is unacceptable. When I contacted your helpline I was told I would receive a callback in 30 minutes, but no one called back. This is pathetic service. I cannot recommend your company to anyone for online orders or purchases. If this issue is not addressed I will be forced to share my experience on social media and other platforms. Furthermore, when your rider arrived at 12:30 AM and I questioned the delay, his response was, I received it late that’s not my problem. Is this the attitude and training you provide to your staff?”

“Third class service. It’s better to buy directly from pharmacy rather than ordering online. Because you will never receive the order, dvago riders even lie to their management about customer not picking up the phone without even calling and this has been told by their own management.”

“Worst ever service. Its been 3 hrs and still haven't received the medicines..just called the help.line and it will take another 60 mins atleast....never ever going to place order again. Kindly shut down online delivery service . Worst of the worst service and worst of the worst team possible assembled in one place. No one reads the reviews from davago 100% and no one bothers to reply on complaints. Happened earlier as well and it's our mistake that we order medicines from shitty companies like davago.”
