“Using candela since 11 years....a good value to money software....the bad thing is the high maintenance price and it's very high if you are a regular user..their service is okay but almost all the times, simple problems like printer settings etc need to be done yourself despite paying them....if they just lower their prices, many things will get ok....but If you ask them to do so or tell them that they are expensive....they start comparing themselves to export software houses and their candela POS software to the ERP's in the industry....just because of the maintenance charges , I have seen many small and medium businesses leaving them....they also are very stubborn in adding entirely new.features....”

“Extremely poor product and even worse customer service! Can't answer simple questions over the phone without asking for Rs. 7800. Otherwise you have to take your whole computer in to their office and they still want to charge Rs. 1300/visit. Would not recommend it at all there are much better paid and free alternatives out there. Their average reviews are probably 1.5 stars if you take out all the fake local guide reviews they have gotten. I mean what does a local guide have to do with a software company”
