“Terrible product, it keeps crashing every time I start my computer, the ‘authenticate early’ is useless and every time I click on it there is a promised crash. Solid crash guaranteed. Now I prepare extra 30 minutes or so every morning before work in advance knowing that Zscaler will block Internet traffic. Such a pain. It is really painful when there is an early online meeting.”

Always disconnects right after a connection just established or in the middle of a connected session, causing massive disruption to ongoing works on virtual workstation (VDI). And such disconnection pattern is unpredictable! Looks like there is some AI idling detection algorithm in the background that needs to be de-virused!”
