However, OpenAI has proven to be a high-risk vendor for small businesses. The Issue: For five consecutive months, my paid Business Workspace has been "silently" deactivated. No email notification, no billing failure, and no explanation—just a blank white screen upon login that halts my entire team’s productivity. The Billing Trap: My bank confirms a successful payment on March 3rd, yet OpenAI’s system "forgot" the payment, locked me out of my proprietary data, and then forced a second payment on March 24th just to bypass a technical loop. Even after the second payment, I was given access to an empty duplicate workspace while my original data remains hostage. Support Failure: Internal support (Case #06960767) is non-responsive and relies on scripted bots that provide logically impossible instructions. “None of the AI models can properly analyze email headers, get MX, SPF and WHOIS data and protect email users even with most advanced technology. It is controlled. Also, please remember it is at the same time used by good and bad people. All AI models are coming from 1 or 2 mainstream model which suggest OpenAI ( suggesting its open source background) , including ChatGPT but probably also all open source derivatives is main model for all and probably can rule them all. Open source is not in a good position nowadays but also AI can be a very big problem very soon...”
