“Their ATS does not work well for Canadian companies. After weeks of emails + back and forth… suddenly “oh yeah there’s a workaround.” Had to switch our account to USD just to try making it work. Then told job board posting wouldn’t work until onboarding period finished. Waited the full month. Still not posting to Indeed. 2 months in now. They do not want to honour cancellation and process a refund - that is their company culture. Even when their is clearly communicated evidence of their product salesperson's clearly saying the prodcut will work as per our intentions. Salesperson disappeared after the sale. Customer success just keeps saying “we’ll make it work.” I wish i had read these reviews earlier. What a joke! Stay away!”

“I’m a manager on the support team at BambooHR, and I can honestly say they truly take care of their employees. My manager Kevin and his manager Robb consistently make me feel seen and valued as a person, not just an employee. Recently I drove about six hours to Utah for work meetings. When the meetings ended, I had a long drive home ahead of me and quickly started heading out. Both Kevin and Robb took time as the meetings wrapped up to make sure they caught me before I left just to wish me a safe trip home. It may seem like a small thing, but moments like that say a lot about the culture here. I genuinely feel cared for and supported working at BambooHR.”

“Bad user experience for applicants (and hiring managers who want the best candidates). In the job applications, education drop down does not include universities that I attended, forcing me to chose 'Other', which I am sure applicant tracking software then can't interpret and downgrades the application. There is no way to input anything - complete dead end. Companies and hiring managers, please be aware of how this may disadvantage your search for a good candidate. I suggest you test it as a candidate to experience what may be hurting your chances of identifying quality candidates.”

“Turned down for a product walk through as I requested to perform my own analysis of viability of the product to refer to my customers. Very very very very very poor customer experience to refuse a short demo to a prospective client. Who's in charge of your CX? Big oopsie, folks. Thanks for the very important lesson that BambooHR does NOT care for it's customers. Time is relative folks, and you'd be wise to consider the experience of your past, present or future clients. I will not be one of them.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical in there sales tactics to get you onboard and then their program can do nothing as was promised during the sales process. The sales person responded, I no longer work for the company, as he was a contractor. Then as you have already began to enter your employees into the system THEY CHARGE YOU TO THE GILLS. This company is a RIP OFF!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!”
