“Possibly the worst company to ever exist.. right along with Comcast and the other ISPs. This company is only interested in extracting money from you. Everything is heavily sales centric, but when you need an "account manager" to help you navigate things, well those simply do not exist. You're left working with the pitiful support folks in India that have no concept of a noise-cancelling headset. God bless every person that deals with Adobe.”

“I reported a problem regarding saving photoshop files to TIF, that loses layer data, even if you flatten the file. A support sent me to a community post, talking about a work around for the problem that had been posted 5 years before! 5 years, and the problem hasnt been addressed. Then they sent me another work around, convert my files to JPG, then save them back to TIF. Since my work has a lot of gradients, I think this is not a viable solution, since it will likely cause banding, caused by changing the file to 8 bit, that then can never be recovered by saving to back to 16 bit. The following morning, I got a message from Adobe saying my case had been closed, the new reply address was a no reply address, so when I tried to reply to an earlier support email, those addresses were also no longer valid. All the money collection systems work just fine, and surely get top priority from the support team, unlike my 5 year old problem.”

“I subscribed to Adobe Pro. Due to the business policy, I was supposed to cancel the subscription. However, I was taken by surprise when my account did not give me the option to cancel auto renewal or remove the payment detail. It was even more surprising that there was no option to even cancel the subscription. I connected with support and when I asked the agent to cancel auto renewal, I was informed there was no such option and only one month before renewal date, I will be able to cancel subscription. If this disappointment was not enough, he further explained that if I cancelled now, access will be immediately revoked even though I paid until my next subscription date. In case of cancellation all major companies now all to continue subscription until the next renewal date. Adobe seems to be running a scam policy and it seems this is their way to earn revenue by deceiving customers. Please stay away and explore other available option and do not get stuck with such sham company by subscribing to their product.”
